Marian Hughes is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of California and is nationally board certified (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture and currently practices in Petaluma, California. She graduated from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) in 2004. She completed post graduate training in China at the Shanghai University of TCM and the Nanjing TCM hospital where she trained in acupuncture techniques and herbal prescription with doctors specializing in oncology, gynecology, gastroenterology, stroke, and trauma.

Marian treats a wide variety of internal medicine and musculoskeletal disorders, with a focus on treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, menstrual disorders, inflammatory/irritable bowel disorders, HIV, chronic fatigue/metabolic issues, and allergies. Marian is passionate about combining the wisdom of Oriental medicine with current Western medical options.
